How to Use:
Go classic with your matcha. Scoop in ¼ teaspoon (about 2 bamboo scoops or 2g) into your matcha bowl. Add a splash of warm water (15ml at around 70°C) and whisk into a smooth paste using your bamboo whisk. Pour in the rest of the water (70ml), give it a final whisk, and you’re done.
